Job qualifications

  • 2- or 4-year degree in Agronomy, Mechanized Ag or other Ag-related degree
  • Ag background and minimum 1 year of in-field Ag machine repair/maintenance experience
  • Understanding/knowledge of Precision Ag systems extremely beneficial
  • Huge interest/curiosity for technology used in today’s Ag Sprayers with propensity to learn more
  • Solid analytical skills with project management skills preferred
  • Self-directed and customer-service focused
  • Great communication skills and ability to work well within a Team
  • Ability to travel domestically throughout the U.S. as well as internationally

Job description

We are seeking an Ag Service Engineer – Sprayer Systems individual for a new line of Ag Equipment entering the U.S. market space. You will be an ambassador for the organization and will have the opportunity to help build this new Ag Equipment Brand in the State of Nebraska and within North America.

This role will be based in Nebraska and will serve the North American Ag Equipment market. You will spend the majority of your time with customers and with the machines as you will be working directly with our North American Ag Equipment dealers and customers providing technological service and support on spraying, traceability of spray and minimizing waste of product sprayed. You will also be the “Go To Person” with regard to spot spraying and camera solutions. Knowledge and/or experience with precision spraying systems used in Agricultural equipment will be beneficial. Initial and on-going training will be provided in Nebraska as well as internationally.

Primary responsabilities to include

  • Receiving specialized knowledge/experience on camera technology and solutions applied to Ag Equipment sprayers
  • Providing your knowledge on use, diagnostics, and the trouble shooting of these systems with Ag customers, dealers, and Team Colleagues
  • Keeping an eye to future market needs and translating these to potential improvements of existing systems or requirements of new systems and applications
  • Supporting our dealers in case of complex repairs or malfunctions of these systems
  • Representing/Supporting After Sales within the R&D project teams / task force on Spot Spraying and Camera solutions
  • This role will report directly to the After Sales Manager.
