Joining the team in February 2021, former Parts Advisor Gav instantly directed his attention to improving the HARDI Parts business model within the Group; developing sales strategies, implementing cross-departmental improvements with the overseas manufacturing office, and enhancing relationships with Dealers nationwide.

Taking just shy of 24 months to prove his aspiration of becoming Parts Manager for the brand, Gav enters his new role with the same enthusiasm as he had when he first joined the team back in 2021, commenting: “HARDI is renowned for their long-lasting and trusted products as well as genuine, hard-wearing parts. Becoming Parts Manager for the brand and to be able to continue to work on enhancing, developing and boosting the parts market in the UK in collaboration with Denmark brings me so much excitement. I’m looking forward to getting stuck into future projects and continuing to provide HARDI dealers and customers alike with the premium service they deserve.”
