Qualifications & experience
- A good mechanical aptitude
- Respond efficiently and effectively to all customer and Workshop enquiries
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail with good written and verbal skills
- A valid Australian driver’s license; own transport
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work with internal and external customers to identify and source required parts for the relevant sprayer model
- Source and order parts
- Billing and costing as required
- Manage and maintain records, Po’s, quotes, invoicing and other
- Provide advice regarding parts specifications to customers as required
- Liaise with the Service department
- Administer parts store including stocktake
- Maintain inventory in line with the business and customer needs
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Organise and plan work so that it is done efficiently and in accordance with our work standards
- Check, value and catalogue parts
- Assist in the repair and replacement of parts
- Deliver parts to customers where required
- Adhere to Agrifac Australia’s Safety policies and culture
